Who qualifies
Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or DVA Gold Card. Only the administering body can confirm your eligibility; if you’re unsure, apply anyway; the worst outcome is a no.

- Call your retailer and ask them to register the card on your account, or use the official application below.
- Check your next bill shows the concession line. If it doesn’t, chase it; it isn’t applied retroactively in most cases.
